Sites have been shut down before for material like that posted where there are underage members. Deviantart right now is having to review their submission policies because of underage members and mature content. If kids lie, it doesn't matter, the site will still be the ones getting in trouble.

2. I work night, so everyone is asleep when I am up, or up when I am asleep.
3. The phone's mostly for emergencies...IE my car breaks down in the middle of nowhere (most everywhere here in the desert).
