I think so...or I really hope so. I mean there was kind of a hint, if you would call it that, when Harry was leading the DA meetings. Neville was becoming one of the better fighting wizards in the class...and it would just make sense, in my eyes, that he could have some sort of revenge for what happened to his parents.

I think it will be him who takes out Bellatrix; maybe not kill her but playin instrumental part in her being brought to justice.

i dont think neville will play a significant part in the next book..
harry may tell him about how it could have been neville instead of him and this may provoke a brave spark in neville but i dont think there will be a tremendous amount done on his part
