I'm a pretty big fan of CB, but i still haven't read that Excalibur mini from a couple of years ago. The one where he becomes ruler of Otherworld.

Anyway, i'm wondering what his power level was as King? I've heard different things, like that he had same old powers, cept he was class 100 and had a sword, or that he had the powers of both Merlin and Roma, and his power was pretty much incalculable.

So, just how powerful was he?

I've never heard of Captain Britain before. Who is he?
