Wonder Man
There better be a darn good reason I'm always right? laughing out loud

wolverine8888
well super nova will have no effect on cannon ball as long as he can keep up his blast

Metalmanx
Cannonball wins. He will be completely unaffected by even Human Torch's hottest flame when flying--which he can do instantly. And then he will proceed to lay quite the beating on HT for the win.

Blair Wind
he would actually get powered up by it...kinetic absorbtion and all...

klwiggs
Cannonball wins as he is invulnerable while blasting.

wolverine8888
funny thing is many character would beat cannon ball but cannon balls powers are perfect for fighting human torch

wannabe
Short fight for a winning Sam!!! yes

Cannonball is invulnerable?
Uh, that's strange, last time I checked, the Fury hurted one of his legs, overloading his energy nimbus.
Cannonbal can be injured, the physical stress on his body for receiving excessive damage can cause to his protection to become less effective.
And for those who wanna talk about Gladiator's planet busting punch which don't even stunned Cannonball, the punch wasn't that powerful, Gladiator wouldn't kill on a whim a punk teen ager.

superman302
isnt cannonball also immortal?

Uhhh, impressive.
Still was running from the Fury and was hurted in one of his legs.

bitca730
Was this the first time Cannonball encounted the Fury? If not, then couldn't the Fury have upgraded itself?

that speaks volumes about the juggernaut. Not really, since Sam's never used the trick he used against Gladiator against the Juggernaut , or anyone else for that matter.

outarddwarf
well since gladiator hit him full force and his sheild held and whenever he hits juggernaut he is stunned or hurt.

Swanky-Tuna
But in the Gladiator's case, he's absorbing the blow. With Juggernaut he's delivering the blow.

That's because Cannonball tried something he'd never done before, channelling all the kinetic energy from Gladiator's punch into his shield, and then redirecting it back at Gladiator. Sam's never done that with Juggernaut, or anyone else.
