Jetstream can maneuver like an ace pilot.
In order to beat Gambit; Jetstream would have to get in close and thats' where Gambit is deadly. You saw how he held of Gladiator with one deck of Cards.
Gambit's deck must hold the power level of the Hulk from the look on Gladiator's face. I never seen anything like it.
