I saw batman begins in the theater and just rented it the other day. Is it just me or does it look like he just shuts of the lights to go into stealth mode?? the helicopter lost him and so did the 3 cars around him? and then he turns it off while they are still all around him.

Like Homer and wiggum chasing marge and ruth and they shut off the lights, "oh my god they just dissapeared, it's a ghost car"

NoFate007
hahaha, you win a prize just for mentioning that simpsons episode. Good one.

Did they actually say that?
And would that even matter with a helicopter spot light on it? and then when the bat tank shuts off it lights they loose it?

Actually yeah, if the paint is nonreflective it would be harder to see even with the spotlight on it. Since in order to see something light has to reflect off of it.

But you'd still see the contrast...since the street and such is not all Black....It#s actually a little strange....

can you see the stealth bomber plane in the sky at night?

If there was a spotlight already tracking it yes, and it's not as if there was no other light around the batmobile, there were street lights, and the police cars right beside and behind him. and it didn't really serve any purpose for him to turn it on and then off again 10 seconds later.

It would of been better if they had use that cloaking technology that uses cameras to project the image of what is on the other side onto the opposite side. like the astin martin in die another day. or the japanese stealth jacket
