2.Put a blonde in a circular room and tell her to pee in the corner

3. Why can't a dumb blonde dial 911?

But the phone wouldn't have made her start bleeding in the first place. You would have, therefore your acts would have been the cause of the killing, not the phone. Unless I suppose you used the phone as a murder weapon, but even then the phone would only be a weapon and weapons don't get put on trial. People do.
