SS pretty much can do wha the unipower can do.........its ppl like juggernaut and spiderman and what not that really recieve a boost

he will still get an incredible boost of power in december i believe the surfer will get the uni-power in captain universe series

yeah, surfer gets the uni-power, along with x-23, sue storm, dare devil, and i think a few others

Well the unipower amplifies your power 50 fold, so surfer would be incredibly powerful. Don't really see what the avengers and JLA could do to beat him.
