I just listen to some hard-core hard rock songs. That surely gets the tension of me through someone singing a song similar to the situation I'm in so that makes me feel better since I'm not the only one with that pain inside.

Tip for some:
Banging your head against a wall loses 3 pounds an hour. Might also be a good way for you guys who want to work out while getting the tension off, pasing out, and waking up not remembering why you're so sad.
