I'm personally worried that they are going to ditch the Superman of now and start over again or drastically change his character.

Batman is going to Arkham, and Dick Grayson is becoming Batman for the forseeable future. According to my comicbook source.

What happened to Silver age supes back in 1985?

I read Crisis on infinite earths, but it did not explain what happened to him, and why they restarted Superman.

I don't think he exists anymore if only because Byrne meant for him to be the current Superman, just depowered and less of an ass.

It does resonate with Kal-L's comments about how the heroes have forgotten what he did for them.

What is so bad about Hal Jorden? I don't have a whole lot of green lanterns, but when Henshaw took out Coast City I thought that was dramatic. Kinda felt for the guy.


If they get rid of Modern age Supes, and Bruce wayne won't be Batman anymore I'm gonna kill.

Earth 1 (Silver Age) Supes doesn't exist anymore.

As far as Hal is concerned. Coast City and Parallax were the best things to ever happen to his character. As Parallax, I loved him as the sorrow filled anti-hero. The Final Night was great stuff.

Well, hopefully it will be nothing like the last time he died. I bet they got their replacement Supes all lined up already.

I find that funny and ironic. The writers are more likely to kill off Bruce Wayne/Batman than kill off Alfred.............

If Alfred is 127 years old then I find it very funny how in batman vs predator, Alfred had to save batman. If Alfred is 127 years old how old would that aunt May?
