lol, you need the sugar afterwards. Lol a bunch of my friends gave blood some yrs back and they were all sleepy and mopey all afternoon. all they needed was something with sugar.

I'm suprised they gave you a donut, ussualy they give you juice. They just give you something with a high glycemic index to encourage higher insulin levels so you don't passout from the blood loss..

And yes, I'm well aware I just sucked the fun out of getting free donuts.

You should've forced them to give you money. If they didn't, you should've taken the blood from them and drank it.

Ive only drinkin blood when i cut my lip or something and hate the tasted couldnt imagine large amounts.

I used to donate blood in HS....but I am no longer allowed. Besides, needles make me woozie.
