no but you might be able to get it off the disc if you download PS2play.exe
Anyway on the subject of GTA 3 And Vice city I know an Ultimate secret.
Like how to get all wepons, health, armor and bribes delivered to base with out cheats at the start of the game(yes to bases at all three parts of the city).
