I don't mind it either. It's better than a lot of costumes. Although it probably wouldn't make it into my top ten.

I wonder if the artist intentionally drew his hands disproportionately large... shifty

I also like how he can either put the costume in his ring on.. or create one from the speedforce that's like armor.
