I cannot for the life of me remember the name of a movie from about 20 years ago. It is a movie that is half real half cartoon. The characters are a real boy, a cartoon fairy, and a cartoon bad guy wearing a black outfit with a black pointy hat. The bad guy steals the boy's treasure box, which in the end he finds only contains a feather, a stone, and a few other trinkets. I also remember a scene where the bad guy is being chased across a log boom and he runs up a mountain. Also, there is a scene where the boy drops his sandwich into the river, but eats it anyways and there is a cartoon old lady fairy hovering around him. What the heck is it called? Has anyone else watched it? Oh, and I think the boy has a pet goat.
