Spider-Man.

I think Spidey would win too but not easily if Nightwing can manage to get a few hits in,he's quite a skilled fighter y'know.

yeha, but he can't win.

Yeah,unless he hits Spideman with a few smoke grenades.Otherwise he loses.

Yea, Nightwing can probably get a good hit or two in. But he's not going to win any of the fights. He just doesn't have what it takes to take out Spiderman.

Well, since there's prep i reckon Nightwing could pull off a couple of victories. But Spider-Man wins the majority.
