Marrow wouldn't beat Quicksilver

don't know much about Callisto.. what are her abilities?

Panther would beat Tom

Can't see how Ultron would beat Absorbing Man

powers heightened strength, agility, reflexes, and sensory perceptions, regenerative powers, arms have been transformed into multiple suction tentacles

She went toe to toe with Storm and barely lost.

He could keep away from Absorbing Man and inless he finds something as durable as Adamantium he's going to lose.

Ultron is way smarter. He would say something like "I hope that he won't absorb that marshmallow...it is my only weakness!" And then proceed to beat Absorbing Man.

doesn't hold water..... Ultron can't hurt Absorbing Man, if he hits him with an energy beam he'll just become a living energy beam himself ... which would allow him to go into Ultron and ruin him from the inside out

Mind Transfer Device: Ultron possessed a device which could transfer a personality pattern from a human brain to a robot. Ultron possesses an Encepahlo beam which allows him to control minds, render people unconscious and project a psionic attack

the Encephalo beam can be absorbed... the mind transfer needs the person to be immobilised first
