Thor specifically said Firelord dwarfs Air-Walker in power after fighting them both. Firelord is the 3rd most powerful herald only below Surfer and Morg. Air-Walker is second weakest herald, only above Nova. Firelord wins this rather easily.

What about Stardust?

Stardust is clearly more powerful than Air-Walker as well, but not quite as powerful as Firelord.

Well Stardust was shown much better against BRB than Air-Walker was against Thor. But Firelord was shown better against Thor than Stardust was against BRB, plus Firelord has alot more feats backing him, including his new awesome ones in Annihilation. Stardust has feats, but none that really match Firelord's high end ones. And they both have bad showings. The only thing Stardust has on Firelord is regeneration.

And the fact that he can't be touch physically.
