Toughie, but unless Destroyer has some knowledge about Superman's weaknesses, Superman takes this one.

PC Superman may knock him down a lot, but AD will just keep getting back up and charging. Will his annialator beam take down Supes? Hmmm.

PC Supes would already be immune to the anti annihilator beam. That's how ridiculous he was.

It would be a good fight.

Supes would land some punches on the Destroyer, then realise that his attacks have no effect - his strength does NOT work against Magical beings.

Realising it's magical, he'd then spend some time dodging it's blasts and coming up with a plan.

Which would be to fly around it in circles, sending it into another dimension, then sealing off that dimension with super-dimensional-vibrations.

Either that, or he simply Insta-History-Punches it.

Destroyer will win, Destroyer can maniuplate any forms of energy and it doesn't tired at all, while superman can. Destroyer DB can kill skyfathers or low Skyfathers level beings like Odin, Zeus, Darkseid, Zuras, Thor, Sutur etc.

Ok heres how it works

Pre-crisis supes is basically superman on another level , everything he did was super .The man woke up on his superbed with his superpillows fluffed perfectly and went downstairs to eat some supereggs and superbacon . The dude was unkillable could survive black-holes , nuclear bombs and just about anything

Normal supes works more upon realities standards then PC supes.

You think Odin and Zeus are low Skyfathers? Either way, i think you're overrating AD a bit too much and underestimating PC Supes a bit too much. He could sneeze a galaxy away. And he had superweaving

By doing what? Fight 23 Skyfathers and their pantheons? Or making them a deal and battling the Celestials? Either way he's getting wreck like never before.



How powerful was this beam? Can it cut through enchanted Uru metal? And was said beam mystical in nature?



Stand up to Pre-Crisis OE? Since when did he do that? Destroyer stomps PC Supes with disintegration beam. Mystical Armor powered by 23 skyfathers V Supes who's vulnerable to magic.
