not sure who cat is, but her name sounds like she is good at fighting.

The Cat its a he. Martial artist of Marvel who was called equal to shang.

I recall only one fighting that was a standstill early on.

Yeah, i believe they've fought a couple of times, but each fight's been interrupted or stalemated.

Seems they're pretty much even.
