Immortality: Obliterator is immortal and is completely invulnerable to toxins, disease and aging.
Regeneration: Obliterator regenerates health at unearthly rates.
Equipment: The Obliterator wears a harness that allows him to fly, fire plasma blasts, concussive blasts, generate heat, fire, radiation, light and kinetic bolts. He can also fire heat-seeking missiles and toxic gasses.

They sound pretty even. I don't know who Obliterator is, but he sounds tough.

It'd probably come down to who's smarter/better fighter.
