are you talking about the twelve or the beyond good and evil in the tas?

if he was written properly, he would be able to go toe to toe with galactus or tyrant. if you read what his powers are, it sounds as good as galactus. he gets owned sometimes by people with little power like cyclops.

Apoc would give Tryant a good go but unless Tryant does something stupid..he should win.
