Once unwanted harm is caused to some party. Before that people should do as they wish.

A comment was made about unwanted harm being where the line is drawn. Wanted harm also causes problems not the least Doctors time etc. I'm sure you can see all the othe problems without me spelling it out AC.

Yes I'm sure there is nothing more exhilarating than breathing in microscopic airborne fecal matter at the point of orgasm.

Depends what you mean when you say "When does kinky become sick?".

To some person, crapping on another person isn't sick. It's kinky. To me, whilst I can understand the psychological attraction to it (degradation etc), I find it disturbing that you could gain anything sexual from it. I wouldn't call it sick because I find that a bit derogatory. To each their own if no harm is done.

On the other hand. Wanting to be blindfolded and spanked is "sick" to some people.

Kinky can't become "sick" if you're involved and enjoy it, really. Because it becoming "sick" suggests that you don't like it.

Kharma, I understand "the john" might not be the most appropriate place, but when at work and you and partner "want to go", your choices are very limited.

didnt a bunch of guys who loved to nail their own scrote bags to tables all get arrested for their sexual deviance?...i'm sure i remember that from some bizzare news story...goes to show that even consentual deviances can be legally dodgy

Ah but the sub note is when does it become a problem in peoples lives, I've left this general to promote debate.

Yes that was the "Spanner Case" Jade I posted a link earlier mate.

Alpha Centauri
I can't answer that. People's lives don't concern me, especially their sexual antics.

It becomes a problem when one of the involved humans comes to unwanted harm, as earlier stated.

I guess if you start messing with frozen meat...........then...

Alpha Centauri
Then?

If someone does that, yes it's disturbing (to me at least). That said, if they're not harming anyone or anything, what is the problem? If it's done behind their locked doors and no one is being put to any harm, where's the problem?

Whirly- regarding doctors' time being wasted, I don't think that has anything to do with when 'kinky becomes sick'. It's not ideal, but what can you do. I'd rather smokers didn't drain medical resources, but they do.

Regarding the sado-masochism case, 'Brown', I think that is a case of the law interfering with the private lives of individuals unduly.

The problem is that in law (England and Wales anyway) you cannot consent to certain types of harm.

Yes Laskey, Jaggard and Brown, but its commonly refferred to as the "Spanner" case.

and your right on everything, however when I worked for the NHS a number of amusing tales were regailed to me where BDSM had gone to far.

My meaning in saying that is at a young age you dont pay too much attention on the limits of sexual exploration. Then you have a daughter, and as she grows older you become more aware of it and pre-occupied.

No, unfortunately I've never found a partner willing to allow my kinky fantasies to fully bloom. If I ever did, it's very possible that it would interfere with the other aspects of life....by "other" I mean ALL aspects of life. I would not get out of bed, eat, drink, bathe, work, go to school, exercise or do anything other then just enjoy the hell out of it as long as I could.

You will and it will but this is not sick it just happens - and eventually it wears off and stops interferring till you get to about 30 and your mind gets very dirty again, then it wears of again and come back it really is a natural cycle.

Hat

To see a hat in your dream, signifies that you are concealing something or covering up something. Alternatively, it may represent the role you play or the responsibilities you have in life.
