Given fourteen hours of preparation, I imagine Sinister would be ready with a fresh batch of Reaver-Clones to back him up in the ensuing rumble.

Brilliant though Essex is, his genetic technologies are dust to Reed's all-encompassing nerd-power. Sinister and his henchmen could put up a decent fight, but they'd get taken out in the end.
