I dunno, in the US people usually go out and get plastered as then you can legally drink.

i've been legal to drink in my country for three years. ive getting smashed

first off, I don't thinking getting smashed is cool at all. To many negative things can happen.

It would be cool if you have a party and invite over close friends, maybe order pizza, have music, dancing etc.
