Batman has faced foes stronger than him. The following are a few scans I got from KMC and some other forum showing Batman dealing with Killer Croc, ScareBeast (note that he is not even wearing his suit here), and even against a WereWolf.
Feral would just be another super-strong fast character that Batman has taken down.

feral could actually beat him, but it could go either way. it has taken the whole x-factor team to take down feral, and she took a lot of them out before they got her.
