Seriously ....is this a match? Read Batman: Crimson Mist, Batman: Red Rain, and Batman: BloodStorm to see what would happen if Batman got the powers of a vampire.
Then tell me how Bane could manage to take him down.

In fact Bane had to use his intelligence and strategy (yes, the comic Bane is not dim-witted like the cartoon and movie versions) to take out Batman, when he basically used other factors (like perpetual prisoner escapes) to totally exhaust Batman's mind and body (thus allowing him to step in at the end and break Bruce's back). Thus he never faced Bruce at his peak when the events of KnightFall occured.

Now tell me how Bane could face a vampiric Batman ....and not just any vampire but a master one.

And then read Batman: Crimson Mist to see what he did to the inmates at Arkham.....

Batman could beat Bane before when he was human, imagine if all his physical attributes and reaction times increase. Bane dies 10 times out of 10.

The Batman at the end of Red Rain had beaten Dracula and become a Vampire he would destroy Bane.
