Manipulate Light Energy: Solarr is a is able to absorb, store and manipulate large amounts of energy from light. He can use it to project heat blasts.

Heat Resistance: Solarr is by the nature of his powers resistant to most heat attacks.

Shock Units: The Shocker wears a set of gauntlets that can be used to produce vibrational frequencies. This allows him to cause extra damage when punching and to fire a vibro-blast capable of causing serious damage. There are smaller vibro units built into his costume, which cause damage if he is grappled.

Body Armour: The Shocker's padded costume provides protection against vibrations and some physical attacks.
