Well Spiderman has fought people like Rhino who stronger and is aleast as tough as Karkas so and Spider-Man is faster so is Batman Karkas is not even as fast as a normal Man.

but Batman and Spider-Man are two of the smartest superheroes, so I doubt they'd lose to a guy with the description you've provided. Hulk eats anti-tank missles for breakfast and has lost to Spider-Man (and Batman if you want to count the legendary bat kick)
