Trigon would win because he is on a whole different level compared to Thanos in my opinion .

Well it seems like people like Mephisto is proably as powerful as Trigon but when not in his realm he acts like he scared of Thanos.

I'd say Trigon. Thanos is incredibly strong, but Trigon has already ruined another world full of sorcerers. I don't think ONE love-sick purple guys gonna stop him.
