well i'd say juggernaut but would have bit of a struggle but DOOMS technology would do much so juggernaut

Juggernaut wins. I realize Doom fans from all over the world will say otherwise, but "normal" Doom (if that exists) is no match for classic Juggernaut (not the Imposternaut).

Doom does have a synapse weapon and for all we know, it's standard.

He'd have to get through his shield and get his helmet off before it'd work.
