Sally is not been in a game yet by my knowlege...she has been in the comics and that alone.

Rouge doesn't look human, my mum & others thought she was a cat though because of the ears.

Their all anthropomorphic animals but rouge looks more human because she isn't covered in fur or looks 'cutesy'.

Amy looks more human than Rouge, even though she is pick. Rouge has fur & wings too, can't miss those wings!
