LEt's look at the weaker characters in each team:

Marvel:
1) Wolverine: A mutant with an adamantium skeleton, claws and a healing factor.
2) Spiderman: Has the relative powers of an arachnid (in terms of speed, strength and agility), plus a mild pre-cog ability (spider sense).
3) Venom: Eddie Brock with an alien symbiote drapped over him, which gives him powers similar to Spiderman's ....but amped up to the next level.

DC:
1) Batman: Tactical/Strategic genius whose maxim is preparation to the utmost. Has easily brought down more powerful foes than himself ...many times.
2) Erm .....well ....the DC team doesn't have any other 'weak' characters in it. Batman is the weakest, and the rest are basically gods.
Superman is ...well ....Superman (has super-strength, super-invulnerability, super-speed, heat vision, arctic breath, super breath, super senses etc).
WonderWoman is a Zeus empowered Amazonian with super-strength (given by the earth itself, and strong enough to stand next to Superman without shame), super-speed (speed of the god Hermes), eons of combat training, invulnerability, impervius gauntlets made from the Aegis shield of Zeus, a lasso that seems to get more magical abilities every month.
The Flash. Imbued with the speed-force he can do things that are insane. For example evacuate an entire city in a fraction of a second while a nuclear detonation is taking place (in less than a hundredth of a second evacuating an entire city .....looking for everyone door to door .....taking them in 2s and 3s .....taking them a far enough distance from the city so they are not harmed by the nuclear blast effects .....and then going back and doing the same for EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THE CITY. This was in JLA Trial by Fire). He is speed personified.
And then there is the Green Lantern. Possessor of the most powerful weapon in the DC universe .....the green lantern ring (actually there are more powerful weapons, but officially the GL ring is numero uno, and if it is in the hands of a capable person it can do mighty things. At times even things that are insane ...for example when Hal Jordan took all the energy of Oa and became Parallax ......and undid the universe so as to remake it in his own image. Note: Universe ......not a solar system, or a galaxy ......universe).

In between 0.1 to 0.0000001 of a second the Marvel team would be down to Thor and the Hulk, since Wolverine, Spiderman and Venom would be splattered messes on the ground after WonderWoman, Superman or the Flash took them out.
If the job fell to WonderWoman it would take the aforementioned 0.1 of a second.
If the job fell to the Flash it would take the stated 0.0000001 of a second to do it.
Superman would take somewhere in between.

Then it would be Superman, Green Lantern, the Flash, WonderWoman .....and Batman ....against the son of Asgard Thor, and the Hulk.

DC wins.
And this was a mismatch.

Goodness, imagine what would happen if Venom or Spiderman tried to punch Superman or WonderWoman? They would break their hands.
And what would happen if the Flash vibrated through the Adamantium in Wolverine's body? It is inorganic, and it would be interesting to see if pure speedforce energy (that shatters inorganic matter when one phases through it) would affect Admanatium. I say it would shatter it and make it explode (since it was shown that sufficient energy can affect Adamantium, in the way that Magneto used magnetism to liquify the adamantium and extract it from Wolverine's body ....and I'd say that the SpeedForce is a far more primal energy source than mutant-influenced magnetism. One fact that every can agree on is that Wolverine would definitely not enjoy the experience).
As for GL ....what is to stop him from scooping up Venom, Spiderman, and Wolverine in a giant bubble and just launching them off into space? None of them have the strength to break a GL construct, and Wolverine's claws do not work well against force-fields (as could be seen by several instances where force-fields are impenetrable to his claws, for example when he was against Stryfe and couldn't even cut the guy due to his f-fields. A GL construct, backed by a mind worthy enough to be given a GL ring, would lock down Wolverine pretty tight). What would the 3 do if set adrift in space, and then the GL takes away the bubble?
Although I doubt even that would occur, since WonderWoman, Superman, or the Flash would have taken SPider, Venom and Wolvie out long before the Green Lantern THOUGHT about encapsulating the Marvel characters in a bubble.

Thus it is Superman, WonderWoman, the Flash, Green Lantern, and Batman versus Thor and the Hulk.

come on why take this thread serious the guy who made jus wanted anothe victory for DC, i love both company but if you wanna make a fair fight make it at least even this is jus a joke DC will murder them for fun hell supes alone will do some serious damge to at least 3 or 4
