Pokemon Tier List.

Ok I may be a lil childish (ok I’m vary childish) But after searching for the strongest Digimon, I began to wonder who was the strongest Pokemon so I decided to make a Tier list on the Legendary (or one of a kind) pokemon. If you want to comment, or disagree with this place List voice your word of opinion.

Tier 1**Mewtwo,

Tier 2**Lugia, Ho-oh, Deoxys, Rayquaza

Tier 3 **Kyogre, Groudon,

Tier 4**Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Articuno, Zapdos Moltres

Tier 5**Latias, Latios

Tier 6**Jirachi, Mew Celebi

Put Lucario in Tier 1 with Mew-Two

Rayquaza should be on the Tier 3

Yeah I was meaning to place him but I know close to nothing about him. Can you give info and feats he did in movie 8?

Lucario's power is Wave Guidance. It's the type of energy that he's sensitive to. Wave Guidance allows a level of clairvoyance. With it, Lucario can create powerful, but small energy spheres.
