A christmas skin would be cool for the holidays. I reackon there should be one. I mean we have the snow already, why not go the whole 9 yards?

In user cp >> then in options >> it's somewhere near the bottom....

but if your asking a techincal question about how they make new skins for the site.. then I haven't a clue
