Can someone tell me the movie where they were talking about 'The Eye of Hell'?

Is it Event Horizon or The 5th Element?

I tried searching for some info but couldn't find anything. sorry.

i think its from Event Horizon.
i have seen The 5th Element many times, i might know if there was an eye of hell in it, but i could be wrong.

The Eye of Hell was that round portal thing that had seen and been to hell.

The blonde chick was saying something about it.
