Miracle Man-Powers/Abilities: The Miracle Man was a master hypnotist, able to mesmerize others with a glance and then cause them to experience whatever he wished them to. He could cause a variety of illusions, and those under his influence would see, hear, touch, and presumably even taste or smell the effects of these illusions. He could seemingly perform a number of superhuman feats or resist a variety of attacks via his illusions.
On occasion, he has had access to much greater power, including telekinesis, animating inanimate matter, and restructuring matter, beyond simple illusion casting.

Count Nefaria-Count Nefaria possesses the combined powers of the Lethal Legion (Power Man I, Whirlwind and the Living Laser) multiplied a hundred fold. This entails that he possesses vast superhuman strength; the upward limit is unknown, but is said to far surpass The "Class 100" Level, easily exceding 100 tons. When he first obtained his power, Count Nefaria could only jump great distances (greater than The Hulk's leaping ability) which appeared to be flight. He is now capable of self propelled flight at escape velocity (25,000 mph at least). He is nearly indestructible and only vulnerable to certain specific types of radiation or cosmic energies (particularly ionic based weaponry such as Madame Masque's Ionic Lock). He has the ability to emit laser-beam like destructive rays from his eyes which can cut through titanium armor easily. These powers are derived from the ionic energy housed in his corporeal form. To maintain his powers he must drain other ionic beings. It has been argued that, along with Graviton and the Molecule Man, Nefaria is one of the most powerful humans villains alive.

Nefaria DOES NOT need to drain ionic energy from other beings..
