i was thinking of buying Counter Strike 1.6 which is the old version of the game. (By the way i have played this game for a while using my buddies account but he got banned for using hacks)


Anyways I was also thinking about buying Counter Strike Source which is the new game.

I checked out some sites reviews (mainly Gamespot), but im still undecided. I want to know if its worth getting the newer version. Thats all i want to know.

is it good enough to run Valve/steam games? if it is get some Half life 2
or some fps...get some battlefield 2 droolio

SiS 650M Motherboard (yes its a crappy MB but then again I bought it from futureshop, next PC I buy will be custom built with everything latest)

And Oh yeah, With the GAme of the Year Edition, You also get Half Life Source, Which you don't get with the normal Package.
