Darth Malak doesn't even have to touch his lightsaber. He just puts Kit Fisto into Force Stasis and electrocutes him to death, or Malak could whirl him around a little bit then grip him to death, and even Fisto decided to saber throw as a last stand, Malak would just push it away.

In a fair lightsaber duel, Malak just overpowers Fisto and kills him.

I concur. Malak wins with minimal exertion. By Force or the saber, he wins.

BTW Read Cestus Deception, Fisto loses to Asajj, after she studies his fighting form while he chops down droids and hurts his ankle.

And he is fighting X'Ting minions. The Jedi would have reached her and overwhelmed her together had they ignited their blades, but they knew that they couldn't kill the brainwashed alien minions. Ventress knew this. So she used the opportunity to study their fighting styles, and with this knowledge, she was eventually able to bring down Kit.

As to the fight. Malak wins, 0% chance of loss. Unless this is in water. . .

Anyway, Kit would last a few seconds against Malak's furious lightsaber onslaught. The only reason he'd last more than a few swings is his supreme agility and physical conditioning, as well as his physique; the verbal restrainments that plague humans are non-existent in Nautolans. Still; either Kit is torn apart by Malak''s lightsaber, or he is crushed with Force powers.
