And he wins this quite easily.

Shazam is probably roughly the equivalent of many of the deities that Strange calls upon. Except Shazam's the real deal. Strange can be awfully uber when he's employing everything he has at his disposal, but a Dr. Strange win would definitely be an upset.

Shazam seemed to think in Day of Vengeance he could stalemate Spectre in his own realm (Rock of Eternity). He was wrong, but just that he would think he was able of it proves that he's magically powerful on an uber-cosmic and near-abstract level. Strange might figure something out but not likely. Shazam 8 or 9/10.

^ In Shazam's defence he was already weakened from battle with Mordru. But i pretty much agree with everything you said.

Strange has taken on and beaten worse. BUT, logically, he'd need some prep and luck.
