Eggs, country griddle cakes, strawberries, toast, hash browns, chocolate milk, and oj.

Two slices of toast, one coated in butter and the other peanut butter, with a strong, sweet coffee. Then a bag of Walkers crisps on the way to work droolio Then, a regular Capuccino {sp?} when I get there.

Well, if I add Pepsi, bacon and eggs and kangaroo fillets, Bang, theres my breakfast droolio

Hash Browns, scrambled eggs and either bacon or sausage. Side of toast and a big ole glass of milk.

Ackee and Saltfish or grits and salmon patties. There is also cold pizza....

Akee and salt fish (cod) is the national dish of Jamaica. Salt cod is sauteed with akee, pork fat, onions, peppers, tomatoes, herbs, and may be garnished with crisp bacon and fresh tomatoes.

is there some scrambled eggs thrown into that mix?

Some people do (atleast the ones i know), its rather good with eggs.

yeeeaaahh you lost me...i have no idea what that stuff is

sorrel is a plant that can be boiled to make a drink that is extremely bitter unless you have the right ingridents. I don't exactly know how to make it... It's also Jamican. It's red.

It depends any breakfast is good

I like porridge, a protein shake, pint of water, vitamins, steroids. It works for me.

I'm one of those people who can eat a large breakfast but I can't rush out afterward. I have a pathetically sensitive stomach like that.

I agree with Shellie also. Cold pizza is oddly delicious because it somehow retains all it's flavour.

You think so? I can't stand cold pizza. Unless it's a really cheap microwave variety. But, if it's home made or name brand deliverey, then I can't eat it cold.

I dont usually eat pizza cold, I just reheat it a bit. Still tastes good.

Isn't reheating it MORE dangerous? I'm never sure which foods are ok to reheat and which foods aren't.

I always thought that if a pizza was in a box and there's still some left many hours later, then it's fine to eat.

I don't know aboot Pizza, but it is bad with Spinach I think...although I don't know why...and it's most probably bnot true...but if it actually is true I guess it depends on what is on the Pizza.

I don't know, I wasn't saying it is. Just asking if it is.

My mum (as all mums do) seems to know exactly how long to heat something, when to take it out, what to cook it in, if reheating- how long for, what not to reheat etc.

I just hope for the best.

But that means you shouldn't eat it, and if you want to eat it you need to reheat it very much....

no they are OK cold - like a cold bacon sandwich or cold pizza

Mackeral and Herring etc make a good breakfast. Soda Farls with egg are brilliant.
