If he had two hours prep, he has 50/50 chance of taking it, but without prep, Colossus wins. Class 100 characters vs. Class 5-15 (?) character.

Kraven is at his best Class 5 not more.
Well with Prep tiem he could suprise him in his human form.
Poison arrows from the back or something like that.

In his Steel body Peter would trash him.
