I've seen this happen before. Trust me, unless you e-mail/PM him for another thread, I'm sure this will get closed. At least thats how my thread got opned when I was new.

If your gonna open this game again, open it in the same thread. Just recreate it there. You must have permission to create a new thread. You could probably find about most things to RP here, so you could probably create new threads about most things to. you MUST have permission for a new thread, but if you post in the old one, we can RP there instead.

because if this RPG accualy has a basic problem than ,just go to school and figure out your own way, and the people rp right this time, I might have accualy joined this one. But seeing as it has no permission...

You don't have to do that. Simply PM him asking if you can make a new thread. Tell him that the one that you want opened is a new thread that was duplicated from the original one that had permission.
