Ult. Colossus would straight up murder Ult. Thing. Don't get me wrong, Thing has shown some decent feats, but they are just extremely miniscule compared to the many amazing feats of Ult. Colossus.

ult Colossus I think would smash Ult Thing.

In the Ultimate universe (actually, as well as the 616 universe), Colossus is taller, weighs more, is faster, is stronger, is quicker, is more intelligent, blah blah blah...you get the point. Colossus is superior to Thing.

Especially in the Ultimate universe. Colossus thrashes Thing quite nicely.

Colossus 9/10, in case Thing pulls some crazy plot device.

Your a very funny man... If you are a man... sorry no offense...

Only in 616 is Colossus taller... and in niether 616 or Ultimate does he weigh more or is stronger, faster, quicker, nor more intelligent... Thats all only in your mind... And you should really get out more often and away from your Colossus posters and hero-clicks... And read more than just any X-title that you can get your hands on.

Well, let's see, Tony Stark.

Colossus (armored) is 7'5". Thing is 6'0". Slightly you say?

Thing is 500 lbs. Colossus is approximately 1,000 lbs. Not heavier you say?

And everything else is just common knowledge.

By the way, if you know of any place to get a Colossus poster, I'd like to know, for I've never seen them. Hero-clicks? Never bought one, think they're rather stupid myself. And I have read more than X-men titles, thanks for asking.

Perhaps you are the one who needs to realize there are other super-strong heroes out there that aren't named Benjamin Jacob Grimm.

Scarface1234
dude in Ultimate versions Colossus is 7'3''and 1,000 pounds, the Thing is 7'5'' and 1,650 pounds....Thing is bigger....and Thing in my opinion has more impressive feats....the most impressive feats by Ult. Colossus are his stopping of the train and his overcoming of Magneto's hold on him....Ult. Thing has beat the snot out of a skyscraper-sized monster in 2 punches, has ripped off Nihil Caste's wing easily, has dropped from the top of a skyscraper to the ground unharmed....just to name a few...

Ult. Thing wins 8/10

King_Mungi
Ultimate Thing-Height: 7'5 Weight: 1650lbs
616 Thing-Height: 6'0 Weight: 500lbs

Ultimate Colossus-Height: 6'6 Weight: 500lbs
616 Colossus-Height: 7'5 Weight: 500lbs

Metalmanx
Clearly their sizes have been interpreted quite differently over the years. Currently, I believe my sources to be true.

Ult. Colossus has also chucked an uberly giant Sentinel extremely high into the air like it was nothing. Stopped the speeding train dead in its tracks. Carried the TREMENDOUS submarine out from the bottom of the ocean...etc., etc.

So, in my opinion, Ult. Colossus wins 9/10. We're all free to have our own opinions.

Where did I say slightly taller?

And the current 616 Colossus is 500lbs and the current 616 THING is 650lbs...

Sure there are... Plenty and Colossus is definately one of them but just on a "slightly" wink lower level than Big Ben...

To clear up the confusion I posted a profile on both man The source for Colossus is wikipedia online encyclopedia fot Thing its Marvel universe.

Ultimate Colossus
Codename: Colossus

Real name: Piotr (Peter) Nikolaievitch Rasputin

Group affiliation: The X-Men

Base of operations: Xavier Institute for Gifted Children

First appearance: Ultimate X-Men #1

Height: 6'6"

Weight: 250 lbs. normal, 500 lbs. in armoured form

Eye color: Blue

Hair color: Black

What the Professor says: "Perhaps the development I'm most proud of is how Wolverine and Colossus have reinvented themselves over these last few months. Both young men raised in violence and misery, they now spend their evenings scanning newspapers for hard-luck stories and unsolved crimes... walking the streets from dusk 'til dawn in search of people who might be in need of their particular kind of help."

History
A young Piotr Rasputin left his poverty-stricken family to make a living in the United States where he joined the Russian Mafia. Peter kept his mutant power a secret and became more and more sucesssful in the mafia world. However, every penny he earned was sent back to his family in Siberia.

During a illegal arms transaction on a dock in New York, Piotr and his associates were backstabbed and attacked with machine guns. Everyone on the dock was killed except for Piotr, who was saved by his mutant ability. Outted as a mutant, Piotr thought his life was over. But he was found by Jean Grey and offered a place among the X-Men, a team of young mutants dedicated to bringing about peaceful coexistence between the two species of man. As Colossus, Piotr now serves as the squad's super-strong powerhouse.

After they were freed from the Weapon X project, Colossus and the X-Men embarked on a World Tour to promote Xavier's new book. While in London however, Colossus suddenly departed the team and left home to Russia. With Cyclops and Marvel Girl on his trail, Piotr got a job with a car manufacturing plant and proclaimed to Scott and Jean that he was indeed happy. Unsatisfied, the two pursued Piotr until he explained his reason for leaving. Peter declared that he was unhappy with his place on the team, that he was ignored and that none of his team members cared for him. Marvel Girl, however, disagreed stating that his true reason was because of the feelings he had for a fellow team member. Peter promptly dismissed the two.

Later that night, however, the local Russian news announced that a submarine had crashed underwater and that there was no hope for the crews survival. Unable to sit idly by, Piotr took charge and dove to the submarine and dislodged it. When he reached the surface, Colossus was doused with media attention which proclaimed him the most famous super-hero on the planet. Peter put his grudges with the X-Men aside and left Russia with Cyclops and Marvel Girl to meet up with the X-Men in Germany, who were in a heated battle with Xavier's son David. With the Professor torn between killing his son and allowing thousands of innocents to perish, Colossus took action and crushed David with a car ending the battle as well as the lives of David and Col. Betsy Braddock.

Colossus and a handful of X-Men were invited to an evening out with the Hellfire Club, the X-Men's secret financiers at their headquarters in New York. There he met the Russian President who had grown up merely a few miles from Piotr's collective in Russia. The group including Jean, Ororo and the Professor were ambushed and captured. In truth, Hellfire had been monitoring Jean Grey in order to use her as a vehicle to bring forth their ancient god, the Phoenix. The Phoenix arose in Jean and she murdered the Hellfire Club. However, Xavier was able to force the Phoenix into submission freeing Jean from it's grasp. Colossus was unharmed during the ordeal.

Colossus and the X-Men were forced out of the mansion with the U.S. Government on their backs. In the final climactic battle between the X-Men and The Ultimates, America's premier superhero team, Colossus stood his own against Iron Man and Thor and was able to withstand a localized nuclear explosion direct at him by Hawkeye, proving Piotr's amazing strength.

After hiding out in a suburban New York home, unbeknownst to it's residents thanks to Marvel Girl's abilities, Colossus and the X-Men located Magneto's flying citadel using a signal sent by the captured Cyclops. Upon their arrival, they were subdued by Magneto's control over the iron in their blood. Using his unimaginable power, Colossus was able to overcome Magneto's influence and broke free attacking him mercilessly for the harm he had inflicted on Peter's friends especially Wolverine. His concentration destroyed, Magneto released the X-Men who were able to apprehend him all thanks to Piotr's determination.

Powers and abilities
Colossus possesses the ability to transform his entire body into a form of organic steel, named by some sources as analogous to Osmium but of still unknown composition.

In this transformed state, Colossus' body gains around a inch in additional height and his body mass is at least doubled. The source of Colossus' gain in height and muscle mass is unknown but possibly extradimensional.

While in his armored form, Colossus possesses significant superhuman strength. As a teenager, Colossus' powers allow him in "Class 100" Power Level enabling him to lift in excess of 100 tons. The full limit of his strength has not been revealed. Aside from this great strength, in his steel form he possesses a high degree of invulnerability to conventional injury. In this "armored" form, he can withstand the impact of a 5,000 ton speeding train, the ballistic penetration of a 110 millimeter Howitzer shell and the explosive force of a nuclear bomb. He is highly resistant to heat and cold being able to receive full-force blasts from The Human Torch and/or Ice Man without taking damage and can survive temperature extremes from -320o Fahrenheit to approximately 9000o F. Being conductive, he is immune to electricity. Colossus's armored body also cannot rust.

A side effect of his armor's strength enhancing effect is a vastly greater muscle efficiency than an ordinary human. While armored, his muscles generate considerably less lactic acids than those of ordinary humans granting him superhuman levels of stamina in all activities. He can exert himself at peak capacity for several days before fatigue begins to impair him. Colossus' armored form is also invulnerable to rusting under Earthly conditions. Colossus has demonstrated no need to breathe while he is in his armored state and there's no known limit as to how long he can remain in this form. Colossus also has no limit with his strength, as long as he works out in his normal form his steel form will continue to grow stronger.

Colossus cannot transform a single portion of his body into this armored state, he must either be completely transformed or remain within his normal state.

In the Ultimate continuity, it has been shown that Colossus's eyes do not turn into steel, but instead remain organic and vulnerable where as in the normal continuity, Colossus's eyes have been able to withstand a gunshot. Unlike the "normal" Colossus when he is knocked unconscious, he remains in whatever form he was in (See the "Hellfire and Brimstone" plotline) and everything else seems to stay the same. In the Ultimate War crossover with the Ultimates, Colossus fought Thor and had the upper hand against the thunder god.

Thing
Real Name: Benjamin Jacob Grimm
Occupation: Professional adventurer; former test pilot, adventurer and wrestler
Identity: Publicly known
Legal Status: Citizen of the United States with no criminal record
Other Aliases: None
Place of Birth: New York City
Marital Status: Single
Known Realatives: Daniel (father, deceased), Elsie (mother, deceased), Daniel Jr. (brother, deceased), Jacob ("Jake," uncle), Alyce (aunt, deceased), Pentunia ("Penny," aunt, Jacob's second wife)
Group Affiliation: Fantastic Four, formerly Unlimited Class Wrestling Federation
Base of Operations: Pier Four, New York City
First Appearance: FANTASTIC FOUR #1

History:
Benjamin J. Grimm was born on Yancy Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side, where he grew up in poverty. His father, an alcoholic, was unable to hold a job. Much of the family's income came from Grimm's older brother, Daniel, who obtained funds illegally as leader of the Yancy Street Gang. Grimm, who idolized his brother, became embittered against the world when Daniel was killed in a battle between rival gangs. Grimm was only 8 years old at the time; within 10 years, he had succeeded his brother as leader of the Yancy Street Gang. After his parents died, Grimm was taken in by his Uncle Jake, who had risen from poverty to become a successful physician. At first, Grimm resisted his new guardians' kindness toward him. But eventually, he came to return their love. He left his life with the Yancy Street Gang behind, entered high school, and became a football star there. While he was a senior at Stuyvesant High School, Ben received a football scholarship to Empire State University.

Grimm's freshman year roommate was the brilliant science student Reed Richards, who became his closest friend. During their first meeting Richards confided in Grimm his intention someday to build a starship for interstellar travel. Grimm jokingly promised that he would pilot the starship for Richards if he ever built it.

Upon graduating Grimm went into the U.S. Air Force and became a highly skilled test pilot and astronaut. In the meantime Richards went ahead with his project to build a starship, using both his own fortune and funding from the Federal government. On the day that Grimm left the military, Richards came to Grimm to remind him of his promise to pilot the starship.

Richards' project was based in Central City, California. When the federal government threatened to withdraw its funding from Richards' project, Richards decided to take the starship on a test flight himself as soon as possible. Grimm was opposed to the idea, warning that the starship's shielding might prove to be inadequate protection from intense radiation storms. Nevertheless, Grimm was persuaded to serve as pilot, and Richards' future wife Susan Storm and her adolescent brother Johnny insisted on accompanying Richards' as passengers. The four friends stole onto the launch facility, entered the starship, and launched it. They intended to travel through hyperspace to another solar system and back. However, unknown to Richards, a solar flare caused Earth's Van Allen radiation belts to be filled temporarily with unprecedented (as far as is known), ultra-high levels of cosmic radiation. Since the ship was designed to shield against ordinary levels of radiation, the cabin interior was subject to intense cosmic ray bombardment which irradiated the four passengers and wrought havoc on the ship's controls. Pilot Grimm was forced to abort the flight and return to Earth.

Once back on Earth, the four passengers discovered that the cosmic radiation had triggered mutagenic changes in this bodies. Grimm was transformed into an orange colored, thick-skinned, heavily muscled, and superhumanly strong "thing." Richards convinced the three others that the four of them should use their new powers for the good of humanity as members of a team ha named the Fantastic Four. Richards called himself Mister Fantastic, Susan and Johnny Storm took the names of the Invisible Girl (later Woman) and the Human Torch, and Grimm, morose over his new grotesque appearance, named himself the Thing. Under Richards' leadership the Fantastic Four has become Earth's most honored team of superhuman adventurers, and has saved the world from conquest or destruction many times.

Over the years the mutations to the Things body have continued to progress slowly. The composition of his epidermis changed from an abnormally dense, somewhat lumpy but still comparatively smooth hide to a flexible, interlocking network of rock-like lumps. His superhuman strength increased considerably over time. Early in Grimm's life as the Thing, he would sometimes revert to his original human form unexpectedly. But neither these changes nor those induced by Richards in his efforts to turn Grimm back to human form ever proved to be permanent. Eventually Grimm always reverted to his monstrous, superhumanly powerful form. Appalled by his appearance, Grimm was at first filled with anger at his situation, but he eventually became resigned to his fate, although he continued to be disturbed by his appearance and to hope for a means of regaining his human form that would last. Instrumental in helping Grimm to adjust to his life as the Thing was the blind sculptress Alicia Masters, with whom Grimm fell in love. Reed Richards eventually discovered that Grimm had reached a state in which he could transform from his Thing form to human form and back at will. However, Grimm feared that Alicia Masters would only love him as the Thing, for she had not known him before his initial transformation. Hence, Grimm suffered from a subconscious mental block that prevented him from becoming human.

The relationship between Grimm and Masters was suffering from strains when Grimm was transported to the distant "Battleworld" by the alien Beyonder for the first of the so-called "secret wars." On that planet Grimm found himself able to change to human form and back. Concealing his discovery of Grimm's mental block for fear of hurting his feelings. Richards claimed that the nature of the planet itself was somehow responsible for Grimm's ability to transform back and forth. Once the "secret war" was over, Grimm remained on the planet for months. Eventually, however, he found himself trapped once again in his monstrous form, unable to change to human form, and he returned to Earth. There Grimm learned that his teammate Johnny Storm and Alicia Masters had become lovers, and that Reed Richards had concealed the information about his mental block from him. Furious and distraught, Grimm quit the Fanatic Four. He worked for a time as a superhumanly strong wrestler for the Unlimited Class Wrestling Federation, and also participated in missions with the West Coast Avengers.

Grimm was about to accept membership in the West Coast Avengers when he began to undergo further mutation, becoming, at least in his own mind, still more grotesque. Greatly disturbed, Grimm journeyed to Monster Island, where he had first encountered his foe, the Mole Man. Now, however, the Mole Man befriended the Thing and welcomed him into the society he had organized in his underground realm, composed of physically ugly people like himself who had believed themselves to be outcasts in the surface world. Grimm agreed to help the Mole Man in his attempt to use an earth shifting machine to raise a small continent in the Pacific Ocean to serve as a homeland for the Mole Man's society. While Grimm lived in the Mole Man's realm, his most recent mutations went into remission, leaving him looking little different than before these recent mutations had begun.

The three other original members of the Fantastic Four found the Thing in the Mole Man's realm, where Reed Richards realized that by raising a continent in the Pacific, the Mole Man would trigger earthquakes that would destroy California. The Thing joined Mister Fantastic, the Invisible Woman, and the Human Torch in destroying the Mole Man's earth-shifting machine, and rejoined the Fantastic Four.

Height: 6 ft.
Weight: 500 lbs.
Eyes: Blue
Hair: (in fluman form) Brown, (as the Thing) None
Unusual features: The Thing's body is covered with an orange, flexible, rock-like hide. The Thing has no apparent neck. He has only four fingers (including the thumb) on each hand and four toes on each foot. The increase in the volume of his fingers has not decreased his manual dexterity. His skin is apparently susceptible to "drying "or what in a normal human being would be called loss of skin oil, for his skin can be "chipped" under certain circumstances. The Thing has no outer ear structure.

Strength Level: The Thing possesses superhuman strength, enabling him to lift (press) 85 tons. The Thing's strength grew considerably over the initial years of his career. At one early point in his life as the Thing, for example, he could only lift (press) 5 tons.

Known Superhuman Powers: The Thing possesses superhuman strength, endurance, and durability. The mutagenic, specific-frequency cosmic ray bombardment caused his musculature, bone structure, internal organ composition, soft tissue structure, and skin to greatly increase in toughness and density. The Thing can exert himself at high levels for about an hour before the build-up of fatigue poisons in his blood impairs his strength. His reflexes have remained at their above average human levels despite his greater mass. The Thing's lungs are of greater volume and efficiency than a normal man's, enabling him to hold his breath underwater for up to nine minutes, The Thing's five senses can withstand greater amounts of sensory stimuli than he could when he was a normal human being, with no reduced sensitivity.

ULTIMATE THING:

REAL NAME: Benn Grimm
KNOWN ALIASES: Grimm Reaper
IDENTITY: Secret
OCCUPATION: Adventurer
CITIZENSHIP: U.S.A.
PLACE OF BIRTH: Unrevealed
KNOWN RELATIVES: Mrs. Grimm (mother)
GROUP AFFILIATION: Fantastic Four
EDUCATION: Unfinished college education
FIRST APPEARANCE: Ultimate Fantastic Four #1 (2004)
HISTORY: Athletically and intellectually gifted, young Benn Grimm, regarded as a future football star as early as forth grade, was nicknamed "Grimm Reaper" for his line backing skills. At the age of seven, Grimm had befriended fellow student Reed Richards, protecting Reed from bullying students. In turn, Reed helped Ben with his studies, tutoring him ni math and science; he also shared his research with Ben, showing him his devices built for accessing other dimensions. In fifth grade, Reed was moved uptown to a government research facility. Ben seldom saw his friend thereafter.

Ben finished high school and soon began college in the New York area. He remained in occasional contact with Reed over the years, and when the time came for Reed to demonstrate his teleportation device, Ben was invited to observe. As the test was during Ben's spring break, he rode cross country to the Nevada test site, where he watch the test beside Reed, Susan and Johnny Storm, and Victor Van Damme. The device malfunctioned and Ben woke up in Mexico City, Transformed into a rocky, brutish Thing. He was taken to the Baxter Building by the U.S. government. When the Baxter Building was attack by Arthur Molekevic's monster, Ben leapt from the skyscraper and battled the beast. Ben, Reed and Johnny pursued the monster into Molekevic's hidden headquarters beneath Manhattan, where they retrieved Susan Storm, though Ben's massive strength inadvertently collapsed Molekevic's chambers.

As the U.S. government wanted to keep the foursome a secret, Ben was confined to the Baxter Building for months after his change and limited to weekly phone calls to his family. He accompanied his teammates to Denmark to confront Victor Van Damme, and again into the N-Zone on a voyage of exploration. While Reed and Sue had each other, and Johnny was allowed out in public, Ben was the most isolated of the four, unable to pursue his interests or see his friends, his pro football dreams dead. His first real joy since being change came when the quartet entered the N-Zone and Ben space-walked for the first time; he found similar moments venturing into the Jurassic Era. After the team went public as the Fantastic Four while battling the alien Nihil in Las Vegas, Ben slowly began to accept what he'd become, even adopting an old football coach's slogan as his battle cry: "It's Clobberin' Time!"

HEIGHT: 7 ft. 5 in.
WEIGHT: 1650 lbs.
EYES: Blue
HAIR: None
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Ben has orange rock-like skin, three fingers and a thumb on each hand, and four toes on each foot.

SUPERHUMAN POWERS: Ben's strength limit is still unknown. His arm strength was measured at over seven tons per square inch, sufficient to tear through a twelve-inch-thick steel door. The resistance of Ben's hide is also not fully measured; however, he is bulletproof, and has taken a bazooka in the chest at close range, which was sufficient to knock him off his feet but not damage him. Ben is capable of surviving in alien atmospheres such as Nihil's toxically acidic environment.

PARAPHERNALIA: Ben's impact suit can withstand immense damage without shredding.

ULTIMATE COLOSSUS:

Real name: Piotr Nikolaievitch Rasputin
Occupation: Student, adventurer, former Russian Mafia enforcer
Group affiliation: X-Men
Base of operations: Xavier Institute for Gifted Children, Salem Center, Westchester County, New York
First appearance: Ultimate X-Men #1 (2000)

History: In light of Russia's struggles to build a democratic political system and market economy to replace the strict social, political and economic controls of the communist period, Piotr Rasputin left his poverty-stricken family to make a living in the United States. Already aware of his incredible powers and unable to find adequate work to support his family, Piotr joined the Russian Mafia. Downplaying his abilities, he quickly rose within the Mafia ranks to enforcer. Caring more about his family than himself, Piotr sent home every cent he earned.

Due to his trusted position, Piotr often was charged with the oversight of secret arms deals. One such transaction threw his life into a tailspin when he and his associates were doublecrossed and attacked. All the men were killed save Piotr, who used his mutant power to become an impenetrable being of organic steel. His secret now exposed, Piotr was inclined to wait for the Sentinels to arrive and annihilate him. Instead, he was discovered by Professor Charles Xavier and asked to join the X-Men, a team of young mutants dedicated to bringing about peaceful coexistence between the two species of man. As Colossus, Piotr now serves as the squad's super-strong powerhouse.

Height: 6'6"
Weight: 250 lbs. normal, 500 lbs. armored
Eye color: Blue
Hair color: Black

Powers: Piotr Rasputin is a mutant with the ability to convert his body into an organic steel-like substance, granting him superhuman strength and a high degree of resistance to injury. It is believed that because Piotr is still a teenager, his strength has not yet reached its peak.

Havock knocked out Colossus in Ult. X-men #64.

Valeciano
I dont read Ultimate X-Men....but i dont think Colossus has shown much more than the Thing....Benjy's shown ALOT!

Ultimate THING feats:
- knocked out Mole Man's monster in 2 punches.
- just by walking, caused the entire ground around him to rumble so much a fire hydrant bursted.
- was hit by a huge flatbed truck and didnt even realize it until it landed from being airborne in front of him.
- was hit close range by a bazooka, it knocked him off his feet, but he was not hurt whatsoever.
- broke down a 50-ton statue support beam by tackling Gorgon into it.
- beat the snot out of Nihil Caste and all his minions at the same time, and ripped off one of Nihil's wings like it was paper.
- was said to be able to mess up a tank like a paper bag.
- went skydiving lol without a parachute off the top of the Baxter Building, landed, created a crater, but was unharmed.
- took multiples of the same blast that nearly knocked out Mahr Vehl with no injury whatsoever, even Thor couldnt take em.
- tore thru a 12-inch thick steel door like it was nothing.
- didnt even feel the heat of the aftereffects of Johnny going nova, which was still too hot for Reed or Sue to even get close to.
- knocked out Namor in water in only a few shots....despite Namor being somewhat weakened, he was still in his domain and Ben still came out victorious.
- along with the Human Torch, beat the "puss" out of like 50+ killdrones....the same type of killdrones who Mahr Vehl had trouble beating ONE!
- can breath in Nihil Caste's acidic environment without any harm.
- heavily damaged, maybe even killed, a 616 Zombie Savage Hulk in one punch.

Impressve feats from the Thing.

Ultimate Colossus feats...

-Stood face to face with a train which had multiple railroad cars with it. It crashed on him, and he stopped it on its tracks without even moving.
-Took hot lava on him and had no injuries.
-Survived miles in bottom of the ocean with no trouble with the pressure.
-Carried an entire submarine from the bottom of the ocean.
-Overtook Magneto's hold on him and kicked his ass.
-Survived a full blast from Havok and was only knocked out.
-Defeated an entire group of Brotherhod mutants.
-Did not move an inch when a Brotherhood car crashed on him with full speed.

Those are some...if people who have read more Ultimate X-Men know something, feel free to list them.

-He threw a fariswheel houndreds of feet in the air

Valeciano

I'm very glad that there is someone else out there who uses comic logic in their posts in reference to Big Ben outside of myself and Wynndar on a regular basis... Most are X-lovers whom don't look past the latest X-title and don't take in effect the last 30+yrs of The THINGS ass kicking. Against far more powerful oppoentents than Colossus has ever seen outside of Gladiator and Juggs... Whom kicked his ass easily.

I.E. The Champion sending him down to the canvas for good... Unable to protect himself anymore...

Ben would dominate this fight at mininum 8/10... Hopefully the Ultimate X4 title shows the truth...

soujaboy09
How did Thing do all this ass kicking in the last 30 years if were talking about Ultimate Colossus, and Ultimate Thing. The Ultimate Universe has only been around for 5 years, and f4 for a year. In the Ultimate Universe Colossus hasn't lost a fight to Juggernaut or Gladiator.

Good point... Too many margaritas...

In Ultimate don't forget about Havok...

KID_Spyke22
Colossus all the way he would beat things thing in and make him his wench, im with souja boy on this one patna thing would get handled

soujaboy09
Funny, but I think at least 70% say Colossus would handle Thing, and we give good argument in what we say, but you on the other hand say Thing will win period hands down.

Why does everybody forget that in the Ult. universe Thing does not have the skills Colossus does. When Thing was playing div. II college football Colossus was doing jobs for the Russian Mafia.

Thing has done some cool stuff but not on the level of Colossus yet.

Nice pics, something Thing couldn't do because he has to breath. Just another one of Colossus great feats.

KID_Spyke22
like I said Colossus takes this one wit ease patna

soujaboy09
I dont think this fight would last long, Thing would be down in 5.

jrodslam
Seconds, minutes or hours?

Metalmanx
Rounds, possibly.

Then that would be 300 seconds or 15 minutes lol.

Metalmanx
I would predict the fight to last at least half an hour, but no more than one hour. Just my opinion.

5 min is what I was saying.

This match would not take long.

You guys are all smoking from the same crack pipe...

All Ultimate THING needs is prbably one blow to take Ultimate Colossus out like he did to Ultimate zombie HULK... or maybe it would take three blows like it did for the Mole mans monster...

Either way Ultimate THING wins relatively easy...

big grin

soujaboy09
Zombie Hulk as in half dead as in not that strong, means that Colossus takes this one because Colossus is stronger than Zombie Hulk while Thing is not stronger than Thor, Ironman, or Magneto 3 class A people in the Marvel Universe. Thing does not take this one, he has shown nothing as proof that he's even on Colossus lv, and you have given us no argument or point in why you believe that Thing can beat Colossus.

ALL OF THAT... is just as much speculation on your part as anything that i've stated.

Not one of those statements have been proved or are provable as of this time.

Your just as much of a pretender as Ultimate Colossus is...

snoopdogg
Did anybody see Namor knock Thing around yet?

soujaboy09
So when your about to die your just as strong as when you where healthy?

It's funny i haven't heard anything from all the Ultimate Colossus pimps about his complete superiority over the Ultimate THING now that the Ultimate Universe handbook for the X-titles has come out and each of their stats exactly the same outside of Ben being much bigger size wise...

Ultimate Colossus

6'5"
500lbs

Int 2
Str 6
Spd 2
Dur 6
Eng projction 1
Fighting skills 3

Ultimate THING

7'5"
1650lbs

Int 2
Str 6
Spd 2
Dur 6
Eng projction 1
Fighting skills 3

Although Ultimate Colossus was a factory worker and a street performer... I believe his nickname was Ozone... stick out tongue

soujaboy09
I dont give a shit about that handbook I base my opinion off the comics not off what some man who doesn't even read the comic says. Ultimate Colossus lifted, and walked with a 7000 ton sub, and he also overcame 30,000 pounds of Magnetos power that doesn't deserve a 7 in stength?

Warmonger
Until Ultimate Thing does beats up an notable cahracter in the Ultimate Universe then I'm going to have to say the Ul. Colossus wins.

roll eyes (sarcastic)

You truly think that they don't have any conversations about putting these handbooks out with the right info in them...

There is a reason why is says "THE OFFICIAL HANDBOOK OF THE ULTIMATE UNIVERSE"

Because it's the REAL stats for all of the Ultimate Characters...

I think thats it's just pure biasness towards your favorite character and that the stats are not as high as you'd like...

Only Ultimate HULK has a 7 in strength so far...

Deal with it...

wink

soujaboy09
Like I said it's bull shit, and he deserves more than a 1 in energy protection because to beat Thor he had to go through Thors magic.

Wolverine2006
I havent read any ultimate ff so I say Ultimate Colossus

That was a very impressive feat. Ult. Colossus has alot of them, more than Thing does. That's why I put Colossus ahead of Thing in the Ult. universe.

Thing has done some nice things but nothing to make me believe he can take the man of steel.

cosigned.

Ultimate Thing is nothing compared to Ultimate Colossus. Don't get me wrong, I like Thing, but in the Ultimate Universe between these two, Coloussus is the MAN!

Wolverine2006
I have to agree with ult. colossus people, there doesnt seem to be that much argument anyway so I guess this choice has been made.

Ult. COLOSSUS Wins!!!

batdude123
Yup!

Mr. Valentine
ultimate colossus wins

samishe
Ult Thing wins because ult Colossus sucks.

Do you know anything of Ult. Colossus? Because if you did, then you would know that Ult. Colossus would mop the floor with Ben's rocky a$$.

I'm not saying Thing is stronger, i just said that he wins because i don't like ult Colossus.

How it that just because you dont like a character you dont think they would beat up another?

I just wanted to express my hatered to ult Colossus.

Aight then

It's looking up to this point that Ultimate Colossus could take Ultimate Ben Grimm. However, I wanna see 616 Namor vs Ultimate Colossus.

*goes off to make thread*

supersayin4goku
hey what about the ultimate thing vs the hulk

supersayin4goku
this would happen

H. S. 6
Bump because I was just reading the Thing vs. Colossus thread.

xmarksthespot
No contest really. Colossus. Here Thing doesn't even have any advantage in his vaunted fighting skills, Piotr was in the Russian Mafia.
