Hearing these words from your mouf
"Lyfe Goes On" ain't no doubt
Got me thinking ahead
On what my lyfe is all about

Neva smoked crack, done drugz
Hang out wit Gangstaz or Thugz
So Im sitting here thinking
Why my lyfe had everything good missing

Now Im ready to take my lyfe
Seemz everything im doin aint right
Can't please my parents or friends
So imma put my lyfe 2 an end

Put tha gun 2 my head, gripped tha trigger & said
"My lyfe is so ****ed up, I dont kno where 2 begin"
So sad, shed a tear, coz death was all I could see
All I wanted was happiness, mama please forgive me

Then I heard this song playin in my head
Waitin 4 a click, Im hearin voicez instead
"Baby Don't Cry, Dry Ur Eyez"
"Coz Everythingz Gon Be Alright"

Now Ive realised tha price Id hav 2 pay
If you didn't stop me frm pullin tha trigger that day
I'll probably be in Peace, leavin this lyfe of game
But tha people Ive left behind will be sufferin in pain

Mama thinking "Did I do something wrong"
"Didnt I luv u enuf, am I tha reason ur gone"
Family and Friends blaming their selves 4 my lyfe that I ended
Will rip a whole in my Heart, that can neva be mended

So Thank you Pac, u helped save tha only lyfe that I got
When Im feeling down, ur wordz help me get thru alot
Use 2 be afraid 2 wake up, coz problemz was all I could see
But now a luving family, friendz that mean tha world 2 me

Hope u find wat ur searching 4, hope ur mind is at ease
Wit tha decision uve made
