My brothers birthday is on the 29th, he celebrates it the 1st of march.

Yeah. I know some people that celibrate it on the first of march.

my mom had a friend in school whos sibling had there B-day on Feb 29. They would always celebrate the day before.

I was born Feb 26th on a leap year. I actually wish I was born 3 days later.
