I doubt mm can mess with bb mind since bb has telepathy himself.

Isn't Blackbolts arch enemy his brother who's a telepathic?

Black Bolt wins. In space or in a burning forest, MM is not mindraping Blackbolt. BB even tricked Magneto into thinking he was mindcontrolled, turned around later, and owned Magneto. Beat Sphinx and Ikaris without using his scream.
