Egg in the hole

My friend showed me this.

You basically butter both sides of a piece of your favorite bread. Then you throw some butter in a frying pan.

Then you rip, or take a bite out of the bread right in the middle (so there is a hole about and inch and a half wide). Then toss the bread into the frying pan. Then crack an egg into the hole. Fry it up (flipping the bread about half way through).

Yes, I have mastered that ancient practice. lol When I was little my mother would always let me watch here cook in the kitchen. While she was cooking i was always cracking eggs off on the side. So I've had quite a lot of practice.

Was your mother using the eggs, or were you just cracking them into the garbage?

LoL It was a little bit of both actually. She only needed two, but I kept going, and going, and going. lol

Have you ever eaten a raw egg. . . like Rocky?

Yeah back in Highschool I did for the protein. It wasn't THAT bad, anyone else?

I've cooked an egg so poorly that it was next to raw.

How do you like your eggs? Sunny side up? Over easy? Scrambled?

I prefer scrambled. Or in the hole of bread.

As long as they arn't on my house, I'm cool.

Except I just butter the pan and not ht bread, I'm lazy like that.

I just decided right now that I'm going to eat the shell of an egg.

Although, that may hurt coming out.
