What is the HOTU? Somebody tell me

Its an immensely powerful energy source Thanos tapped into which gave him control over all aspects of reality and power enough to humble everyone from Galactus to LT. Not alot was revealed about the power source however Thanos did speculate that it belonged to the supreme being.

I bet it was above Phoenix.
