Why though, i think it would be a good match with spiderman lagging behind getting beat down a lot.

toxin is more then capable of taking both venom and carnage out by himself spidey is capable of holding one down for a lil bit.

i think that vemom and carnage will win, i dont think that toxin has enuff expericnce that venom and carnage has..im not too sure if spiderman would even be a factor in this fight...plus carnage is just crazy..he more phyco than toxin givien him a more killer instict.

Toxin has already taken them both out though so you cant say they would win to easily.
