tough one but gotta go with thanos superboy prime is kinda of a lil bit*h and knowing thanos he will decieve his ass easy for the upper hand then the win.

Thanos is too smart and Superboy Prime wouldn't be so hard to beat if you knew his one weakness.

Technically, Superboy Prime should be leagues above Thanos in strength. However, he isn't a smart fighter.
